Scopely, a leading mobile games publisher, is seeking an experienced Senior Producer to join the WWE Champions team on a remote basis (US or Canada). WWE Champions is a top-performing RPG puzzle match game featuring WWE superstars, available on mobile and PC platforms with millions of engaged players.
In this role, you will drive execution, accountability, and operational excellence for WWE Champions, a complex live-service product. Reporting to the Executive Producer, you will own production oversight for a portfolio of features, LiveOps initiatives, and strategic roadmap investments. Your responsibilities include translating product strategy into actionable plans with clear milestones and dependencies, managing release schedules, and driving execution across multiple concurrent workstreams while keeping teams aligned and accountable.
You will identify and manage risks, blockers, and scope changes with clear mitigation strategies. You'll facilitate cross-functional coordination across Product, Design, Engineering, QA, Analytics, and Live Operations teams for release planning and launch readiness. Partner with studio leadership to improve operational efficiency, delivery predictability, and production best practices. Provide clear communication, status reporting, delivery forecasts, and risk assessments to stakeholders.
Required qualifications: 7+ years of production experience in games, software, or live-service products, including 3+ years in a Senior Producer or equivalent leadership role. Proven track record delivering complex features from concept through launch on live-service products. Experience managing cross-functional teams across multiple disciplines, stakeholders, and time zones. Strong expertise in planning, dependency management, risk management, release planning, and operational execution. Deep understanding of LiveOps, monetization systems, player engagement, and live-service development. Advanced experience with Jira and production workflows. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
Bonus: Experience with collection RPGs, gacha systems, progression economies, wrestling games, distributed development teams, or managing production in legacy codebases.
