Salary: USD 115,000 - 135,000 / annual

Infleqtion seeks a Senior Pricing and Proposals Specialist to lead the development of compliant and compelling proposals in response to Commercial and Government Research & Development (R&D) solicitations. This role is central to the proposal lifecycle, requiring close collaboration with Advanced System Managers, Proposal Managers, Subject Matter Experts, and cross-functional teams including Contracts/Subcontracts, Quality, and Procurement to develop comprehensive and compliant cost proposals. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and managing cost proposals for government and commercial R&D solicitations - Ensuring full compliance with government contracting requirements and regulations - Building and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners - Managing multiple proposal timelines and priorities simultaneously - Leveraging Propricer Contractor Edition software to model and structure costs - Coordinating with subject matter experts to gather technical and programmatic inputs - Preparing US Government-compliant Cost Volume documentation - Maintaining meticulous attention to detail across complex financial and compliance documentation Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Business Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience on a 1:1 basis), minimum 3+ years of progressive experience in pricing, proposals, or related roles, and expert proficiency with Propricer Contractor Edition. Strong MS Office and Adobe Acrobat skills are essential. The role demands exceptional organizational ability, stakeholder management skills, and flexibility to accommodate government-defined proposal deadlines. Preferred qualifications include experience preparing US Government-compliant Cost Volume proposals and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
