Monzo is seeking a Senior Pricing Analyst to drive performance and growth of its savings products. This role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, data analysis, modelling, and product growth, requiring deep collaboration with Finance, Treasury, Data Science, and Product teams. Key responsibilities include monitoring the health of live savings products against commercial targets, identifying performance trends, and diagnosing drivers behind deposit movements. You'll analyze pricing elasticity, acquisition, and retention data to model trade-offs between growth and profitability. The role involves sizing and modelling the commercial impact of strategic initiatives to support planning cycles and future decisions. You'll develop and maintain core pricing datasets and Looker dashboards, providing analytical clarity on pricing decisions and balance sheet impacts. A critical part of the role is maintaining awareness of the UK macroeconomic landscape, Bank of England rate changes, and competitor movements to recommend agile, market-leading pricing shifts. The ideal candidate has pricing, portfolio management, or commercial product management experience within UK retail banking, fintech, or fast-paced consumer finance. You should be highly analytical and hands-on with data, comfortable using SQL, Python, Looker, or similar tools to deliver insights. You thrive translating complex financial data into clear narratives for stakeholders and work well in ambiguous, fast-moving product-led environments. The role is based in London (near Liverpool Street station) with hybrid flexibility. Compensation includes £75,000–£95,000 salary plus incentive awards, 26 days holiday, private medical insurance, £1,000 annual learning budget, and flexible working hours.
