Wolt is a delivery platform operating in over 500 cities across 30 countries. The company was acquired by DoorDash in 2022 and continues to expand its delivery services globally.
The Platform Hiring Team (PHT) is building a centralized, technology-enabled hiring engine for high-volume, repeatable roles across DoorDash, Deliveroo, and Wolt businesses. You will join Platform Hiring Operations, the business-facing team that owns demand translation, market context, and pipeline health.
In this role, you will own end-to-end business partnership for Courier hiring—a new area for Platform Hiring. Your responsibilities include:
• Translating business needs into hiring plans and validating demand against strategy and cost
• Advising business leaders on hiring strategy, market conditions, timing, location, quality, and delivery trade-offs using funnel and talent-market evidence
• Coordinating with Marketing, Employer Brand, sourcing partners, and operational teams to build effective top-of-funnel strategies
• Establishing and continuously improving the Platform Hiring operating model for Courier hiring
• Monitoring pipeline health, conversion rates, drop-off, and hiring dates; providing proactive business updates and surfacing risks early
• Deploying targeted sourcing interventions when pipeline volume declines
• Coordinating across operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Learning and Development, and onboarding to resolve hiring dependencies
• Identifying recurring friction and working with the Platform Hiring Manager and PM team on scalable improvements, automation, and AI adoption
• Using data analysis to identify trends, diagnose funnel and operational issues, and translate complex data into clear insights for stakeholders
• Building documentation, processes, and stakeholder relationships to support future scaling of Courier hiring capability
Success is measured by validated and activated Courier demand with complete information, aligned hiring plans and pipeline requirements, sufficient pipeline volume to support delivery commitments, clear visibility for business leaders on progress and risks, targeted and effective sourcing interventions, identification of recurring friction converted into scalable improvements, and declining manual work through improvements and automation.
Key partnerships include the Platform Hiring Manager, Platform Hiring Team Leads and Specialists, Courier business leaders, Workforce Planning, Marketing and Employer Brand, HR and Learning and Development, onboarding, Operations, sourcing partners, and low-volume recruiting teams.

• Clear and proactive communication, particularly when surfacing risks, trade-offs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders
• Ability to build effective cross-functional partnerships across Operations, HR, Workforce Planning, Marketing, Employer Brand, and Learning and Development
• Experience driving process improvements, automation, or scalable ways of working
