As Senior Performance Marketing Manager, you will lead performance marketing campaigns across international markets, driving customer acquisition through SEA, Display, App campaigns, and Native Ads. You'll own the full campaign lifecycle from strategy through execution and optimization, working to maximize conversion rates and ROI while managing budgets across multiple channels and languages.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing high-impact performance marketing campaigns across all international markets
- Managing performance marketing channels to support the complete consumer funnel with efficient CPA targets
- Leveraging AI tools to automate and optimize campaign management
- Identifying new channel opportunities and testing strategies to improve lead quality
- Collaborating with marketing leadership on media planning, asset development, implementation, and reporting
- Presenting campaign strategies, results, and insights to stakeholders including executive leadership
You'll bring 3-5+ years of performance marketing experience, ideally with agency background. Essential skills include deep expertise with Google (Search, Display, App, Performance Max), Microsoft Advertising, and Apple Search Ads, plus practical AI experience building AI agents or tools. You should have strong analytical capabilities, international campaign experience, and proven ability to translate data into actionable marketing strategies. Additional technical knowledge of tracking tools (Google Tag Manager, Adjust) and business intelligence platforms (Google Looker) is valued.
