As Senior People Success Partner, you will balance hands-on advisory and coaching with strategic framework design. Approximately half your time will be spent as a trusted advisor to leaders at all levels (from C-suite to first-time managers), helping them connect business goals to people strategy and navigate challenges like performance management, team restructures, and career development. The other half will be spent building and iterating scalable people systems, culture initiatives, and performance tools that support company growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coach and advise leaders across the organization, acting as a thought partner for business-critical people decisions
- Manage complex employee relations and performance issues with consistency, empathy, and compliance
- Support a genuinely global remote team across multiple countries and time zones with cultural awareness and local labor law expertise
- Design and own quarterly people projects and company-wide initiatives from conception to implementation
- Collaborate with People Ops, Talent, L&D, and other People Partners to build trust and drive adoption of new initiatives
You will report to the People Success Manager and have high autonomy to shape 2027 People Success initiatives and mentor others on the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or People Partner in a fast-paced startup or scale-up environment
- Hands-on experience with UK and Spain labor laws and employment practices; experience working with Employers of Record (EORs); ability to learn and navigate other labor law regulations with appropriate support systems
- Strong context-switching ability: pivot smoothly between employee relations calls, project proposals, and manager coaching sessions
- Self-starter with strong bias for action, experience in async work practices, and ownership mindset
- Human-first approach grounded in empathy, trust, clear boundaries, and honest expectations
- Daily comfort with Slack, Notion, 15Five, and Deel; curiosity about using AI tools to streamline work and solve team pain points
NICE TO HAVES:
- Experience supporting globally distributed teams across multiple time zones
- Familiarity with labor laws and employment practices in additional countries
