ICEYE is seeking a Senior People Generalist to lead HR operations for its Greece subsidiary. You will be the primary point of contact for all people matters in the country, bridging global HR frameworks with local Greek employment law and practices.
You will own the full spectrum of local HR operations: employee experience and lifecycle management (onboarding, relocation, offboarding), payroll data integrity and compliance, benefits administration, and employee relations. You'll manage relationships with local third-party providers (payroll vendors, benefit brokers) and coordinate personnel security clearances for roles requiring them.
Your role bridges the global and local: you'll tailor ICEYE's global HR frameworks (compensation bands, performance management, L&D, wellbeing programs) to work within Greek legal and cultural contexts. You'll act as the go-to HR advisor to the Greece CEO, escalating complex issues to the Global Head of People Operations as needed. As the organization scales from ~20 to 100+ employees, you'll support managers as they take on their first leadership roles.
You'll also own talent attraction locally: partnering with the global Talent Attraction team to manage hiring pipelines, personally sourcing and closing technical/engineering and industrial candidates, and building the local employer brand through university partnerships and industry networks.
ICEYE is the world leader in sovereign intelligence from space, operating the world's largest SAR satellite constellation. The company serves defense, intelligence, environmental monitoring, insurance, and emergency management customers globally, with 1000+ employees across Europe, North America, the Middle East, and Asia-Pacific.
The role reports to the Greece CEO with an indirect line to the Global Head of People Operations. It is permanent, full-time, and hybrid (office-first). Employment is subject to applicable security screening including SUPO where required.
