Mixpanel is seeking a Senior People Business Partner to serve as a strategic HR advisor to the EMEA go-to-market leadership team, supporting operations across London, Barcelona, and Tel Aviv offices. This hybrid role reports to the Global Head of HR Business Partners and operates as a trusted strategic partner shaping people programs and policy rather than simply executing them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary People Business Partner for EMEA GTM leadership, advising on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent strategy
- Coach and partner with GTM people managers and leaders across EMEA to build and grow high-performing teams
- Lead complex, multi-country change initiatives including reorganizations, compensation cycles, and policy rollouts, building stakeholder buy-in through strategic communication
- Investigate and resolve employee relations matters across UK, Spain, and Israel, balancing legal risk, company principles, and individual dignity
- Transform workforce data (attrition, engagement, performance) into actionable business cases for leadership
- Collaborate with the broader People team on company-wide programs, bringing EMEA and GTM-specific perspectives to global design
- Maintain fluency in HR principles, practices, and regulatory environments across UK, Spain, and Israel
- Integrate automation and AI into workflows to accelerate transactional work and create space for high-judgment decisions
The role is explicitly multi-country by design. The GTM population spans three distinct employment law jurisdictions, requiring working knowledge of UK, Spanish, and Israeli employment law and practice. You'll be embedded with GTM leadership and expected to own complex, cross-border HR challenges end-to-end.

Requirements:
- 8+ years of HR/People experience, including 5+ years as a dedicated People/HR Business Partner, ideally supporting Sales or go-to-market organizations
- Working knowledge of employment law and HR practice in UK, Spain, and Israel (experience in all three preferred; UK and Spain required)
- Deep functional expertise in two or more HR areas: talent management, employee relations, employee experience, compensation, organizational development, or HR policy
- Proven track record leading through ambiguity and owning multi-country problems end-to-end
- Strong analytical and project management skills with sound commercial judgment and empathy
- Fluency with AI and automation tools; demonstrated habit of using them to create efficiency in your own work
- Excellent, direct communication skills that build trust even in difficult conversations
Bonus: Experience supporting APAC teams or navigating employment practice in other European markets.
