Payoneer, founded in 2005, is a global financial platform serving over 2,500 colleagues and customers in 190+ countries. Following the August 2024 acquisition of Skuad, Payoneer strengthened its workforce management (WFM) capabilities, helping businesses navigate international payroll, remote onboarding, and regulatory compliance across 160+ countries.
This Senior Payroll Analyst role is part of the WFM business unit and is based in Gurugram, India on a hybrid, full-time basis. The position focuses on end-to-end payroll operations and verification for the EMEA region.
Key responsibilities include:
- Payroll Processing and Verification: Ensure accurate monthly end-to-end payroll operations, processing payroll for multiple entities and jurisdictions
- Multi-country compliance and regulatory adherence
- Working with large-scale applications and frameworks to manage complex payroll workflows
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and ensure timely processing
- Supporting global workforce management initiatives
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a strong multi-tasker, and demonstrated team player with excellent communication and leadership skills. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, global environment with exposure to diverse payroll systems and international compliance requirements. Experience with EMEA payroll processes, multi-currency handling, and regulatory frameworks across European and Middle Eastern markets is valuable.
