qlub is a fast-scaling fintech backed by Mastercard, Mubadala, e&, and Shorooq that removes friction from restaurant payments. The platform enables guests to pay at table via QR code in seconds—no app download required—and offers Pay-at-Table, Digital Menus, Order-and-Pay, Payment Links, and SoftPOS terminals. The company has raised $72M, operates across multiple markets globally, and doubled headcount in the past year.
As Senior Partnerships Executive, you will own the POS partner ecosystem end-to-end in Hong Kong and drive qlub's presence in the F&B community through events and partner activations. Your responsibilities include:
• Own relationships with POS partners: negotiate commercial terms, conduct joint business planning, manage regular reviews, and track revenue share through monthly settlement
• Lead POS integrations end-to-end with Product and Engineering teams—define scope, prioritize, deliver, and launch each integration
• Track project status, milestones, and timelines across concurrent initiatives; identify and escalate risks and blockers to maintain momentum
• Build qlub's brand presence across Hong Kong's F&B and hospitality community, converting relationships into qualified sales pipeline
• Bridge Sales, Operations, and Product teams by equipping the local team with positioning and integration capabilities
You thrive in fast-moving, build-from-scratch environments, move quickly with incomplete information, and take real ownership as an operator. You are energized by hard problems in payments, hospitality, and customer experience.
REQUIREMENTS:
• 2–3 years in partnerships, business development, or project/delivery management
• Hands-on experience with or strong working knowledge of POS systems and their integration with payments
• Proven event or activation management experience, owning events end-to-end (budget, on-site execution, follow-up)
• Fluency in English and Cantonese (required)
• Strong stakeholder management across partners and internal teams
• Bias for action: chase blockers, push decisions, maintain momentum
