Heidi Health is building AI-powered clinical tools that reduce administrative burden on healthcare providers. The company has achieved significant traction—2.5 million patient sessions per week across 190+ countries in just 18 months—primarily through product-led growth. Now the company is ready to scale through strategic partnerships.
As Head of Partnerships, you will own and scale Heidi's partnership function from a distributed, relationship-based model into a cohesive, revenue-driving operation. This is not a startup role; partnerships already exist and are generating value. Your job is to consolidate them under unified strategy, add rigor and accountability, and identify new high-impact channels and regions.
Key responsibilities:
- Own relationships with tier-one technology partners (Nvidia, Google, Microsoft, and similar) and be accountable for outcomes.
- Negotiate deals that deliver real distribution or infrastructure economics, not vanity logos.
- Identify and evaluate new regions and partnership channels worth pursuing.
- Build operating discipline: reporting, pipeline management, follow-through, and revenue attribution.
- Engage confidently with C-suite executives at major technology companies.
- Work closely with product and engineering to ensure partnership commitments are technically feasible.
- Identify non-obvious partnership opportunities and build internal cases for them.
- Report partnership pipeline and revenue with the same rigor applied to direct sales.
The company culture emphasizes building for long-term impact, leading proactively, following evidence, owning outcomes end-to-end, shipping iteratively, and understanding clinician workflows deeply. You'll work alongside medicos, engineers, builders, and designers focused on real-world healthcare impact. The company offers flexible work arrangements, equity, and a commitment to sustainable performance.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in strategic partnerships, business development, or related commercial roles (though demonstrated shipping/building matters more than tenure).
- Proven track record building or growing a partnership function; ability to distinguish deals that look good on slides from those that drive real revenue.
- Ability to engage confidently with C-suite executives at trillion-dollar companies and chase engineers for answers without losing composure.
- Demonstrated passion for AI and AI technology, shown through hands-on building, prototyping, or side projects.
- Default bias toward building over requesting.
- Confidence in your thinking combined with openness to being wrong.
