Clasp is a venture-backed fintech startup transforming access to education and career pathways by connecting employers, educational institutions, and diverse talent through accessible education financing. As a Senior Partner Success Manager, you will own a portfolio of employer partners and serve as both a strategic advisor and champion for Clasp's platform.
You will drive partner enthusiasm through compelling storytelling and real impact examples, demonstrating how Clasp's solutions create measurable outcomes. Your role extends beyond traditional account management—you'll ask probing questions about multi-year goals, hiring strategies, and industry shifts to uncover expansion opportunities and shape strategic conversations.
Key responsibilities include: facilitating seamless onboarding and alignment between partners and internal teams (Sales, Implementation, Product, Marketing, Talent Fulfillment); leading technical problem-solving and enablement to guide partners through scoping and requirements translation; monitoring partner metrics and feedback to identify risks and opportunities; and conducting high-impact business reviews and regular touchpoints to enhance satisfaction.
You'll stay fluent in Clasp's creative output, talent fulfillment roadmap, and performance metrics to credibly advise partners. This role requires balancing long-term strategic growth with responsive day-to-day support, acting as a trusted subject matter expert who maximizes partner value.
The ideal candidate has proven experience in account management, customer success, management consulting, or similar client-facing roles. You'll need strong problem-solving and analytical skills, excellent relationship-building and communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset to work across multiple departments. Experience with education benefits, workforce development, upskilling programs, or HR/talent acquisition is a plus.
