Monday.com is an AI work platform used by 250,000+ customers to manage workflows and deploy AI agents at scale. You will own the technical strategy and execution of monday.com's partner ecosystem across Asia-Pacific and Japan (APJ), reporting to the Head of Partnerships, APJ. In this role, you will be the technical authority and commercial strategist for monday.com's partner practices. You will work with strategic partners—including Global Systems Integrators (GSIs), Systems Integrators (SIs), resellers, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs)—to design and build their monday.com practices. This includes defining service offerings, packaging, delivery models, and team structures that are profitable and scalable. Key responsibilities include: - Partner Practice Design: Work with strategic partners to architect their monday.com offerings, service packaging, delivery models, and organizational structure. - Solution IP & Reference Architectures: Create packaged, repeatable solutions and reference architectures for priority verticals, enterprise transformation, and multi-product deployments. - AI & Automation Portfolio: Build the partner portfolio for AI and automation use cases, including blueprints and accelerators that partners can resell and deliver independently. - Delivery Standards: Define partner delivery methodology, implementation standards, and quality gates to ensure consistent customer outcomes. - Partner Readiness & Remediation: Assess partner delivery readiness, run remediation programs where quality is inconsistent, and provide input into partner tiering decisions. - AI Capability & Expansion: Drive partner capability to deploy and scale AI use cases in customer environments, creating expansion and consumption opportunities. - Operating Cadence: Run partner capability operating reviews, including scorecards, certification coverage, delivery health, and solution adoption metrics. Success is measured by: number of partners certified and independently delivering at target tier; partner delivery quality (time to value, CSAT, rework rate, customer retention); AI and platform attach rates in partner-led deals; adoption and reuse of partner solution IP; and partner services attach and practice revenue growth. You will need executive presence with partner principals, CXOs, and internal leaders, and must combine deep technical knowledge with commercial acumen to build the business case for partner investment. REQUIREMENTS: - 10+ years in enterprise SaaS, consulting, or systems integration, with at least 5 years in a partner/alliances architect, partner technical strategy, or delivery-architecture role. Experience on both vendor and partner sides is a strong advantage. - Proven track record of building partner capability at scale: certification programs, delivery methodologies, solution IP, or partner practices that measurably grew partner revenue. - Techno-commercial depth: understanding of partner economics (margin, services attach, utilisation, practice P&L) and ability to build investment cases for partners. - Deep enterprise architecture and platform knowledge: APIs, integrations, SSO/security, data and workflow automation, extensibility, and implementation best practice. - Experience with GSIs, SIs, and ISVs across multiple APJ markets with different levels of maturity. - Executive presence with partner principals, CXOs, and internal leaders. PREFERRED: - Hands-on experience with AI, automation, or agent-based solutions in enterprise delivery and their packaging and monetization. - Background in work management, CRM, ITSM, or low-code/no-code platforms. - Experience running or advising a services practice or partner delivery organization.
