Salary: CAD 109,200 - 147,800 / annual

Clio, a global leader in legal AI technology, is seeking a Senior Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic partner marketing initiatives across Canada. This role sits at the intersection of marketing strategy, business strategy, and operational excellence, requiring a strategic thinker who can develop long-term go-to-market strategies for Clio's highest-impact partner portfolios. You will serve as the strategic marketing lead for one of Clio's most strategic partner portfolios, partnering closely with Business Development and senior cross-functional leaders. Key responsibilities include: - Own the long-term go-to-market strategy for a strategic partner portfolio, translating commercial priorities into integrated marketing programs that drive measurable business impact - Partner with senior Business Development leaders to understand strategy, annual planning, and investment priorities, and shape the marketing response - Develop annual marketing roadmaps and integrated campaigns that strengthen partner engagement, accelerate customer acquisition, and support partnership growth - Lead highly cross-functional initiatives across Marketing, Product, Sales, Customer Success, Creative, Demand Generation, Lifecycle Marketing, and Executive Leadership - Establish scalable planning frameworks, operating processes, playbooks, and governance that improve organizational effectiveness across the Partner Marketing team - Analyze marketing performance, identify emerging trends, and develop strategic recommendations that improve partner engagement and business outcomes - Mentor peers and other Partner Marketing Managers by sharing best practices and coaching through complex initiatives - Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools and modern marketing technologies to improve planning, research, campaign development, reporting, and operational efficiency - Represent Partner Marketing in executive planning discussions, quarterly business reviews, and cross-functional strategic initiatives - Support strategic organizational priorities and help evolve Clio's partner marketing capability as new partnership motions emerge The Strategic Engagement team builds meaningful connections between Clio, customers, and the broader partner network. The team leads strategy and execution behind partner marketing programs, industry partnerships, customer engagement initiatives, flagship events, webinars, community programming, and partner go-to-market initiatives, collaborating across all major functions to ensure measurable business impact. You are a strategic thinker who naturally connects business objectives with marketing execution. You enjoy tackling ambiguity, designing scalable solutions, and helping organizations work smarter. You're equally comfortable developing executive-level strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and rolling up your sleeves to drive execution. You bring structure to complexity, build trusted relationships across teams, and help others succeed through coaching and collaboration. You actively explore new technologies—including AI—to improve planning, research, workflow automation, content development, decision-making, and operational efficiency. REQUIREMENTS: - 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS marketing, partner marketing, product marketing, integrated marketing, strategic marketing, or go-to-market strategy - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience) - Demonstrated success in developing long-term marketing strategies that influence business growth and executive decision-making - Experience leading highly complex cross-functional initiatives involving multiple business functions and senior stakeholders - Strong analytical and business acumen with experience translating data into strategic recommendations - Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills - Experience building repeatable processes, frameworks, or operating models that improve organizational effectiveness - Demonstrated experience mentoring teammates or serving as a technical leader within a marketing organization - Experience leveraging AI-powered tools to improve strategic planning, workflow automation, marketing operations, analysis, content development, and business productivity BONUS QUALIFICATIONS: - Experience leading go-to-market strategy for Channel, ISV, Technology, Marketplace, Strategic Alliance, Referral, or other partner marketing programs - Experience developing annual planning processes, business reviews, and executive reporting frameworks - Experience with Salesforce, PRM platforms, marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, project management software, and AI-enabled productivity platforms - Familiarity with the legal technology industry Hybrid work environment with expectation for local employees to be in office minimum twice per week.
