Campfire is a Series B next-gen core accounting platform built for modern mid-market finance teams. The company is replacing outdated ERP systems and manual accounting processes with an AI-native platform designed to help finance teams move faster and operate more efficiently. You will build the partner marketing function from the ground up, working closely with the Partnerships team to extend Campfire's reach into accounts and communities the company cannot access alone. This is a strategic role that combines program design, enablement, and execution across multiple partner types and channels. Key responsibilities include: - Developing the partner marketing plan with the Partnerships team, including partner tiering, program design, budget allocation, and pipeline targets - Creating joint messaging and "better together" assets with priority partners, such as solution briefs, integration pages, webinars, and joint customer stories - Running co-marketing campaigns and joint events with partners in collaboration with Field Marketing and Corporate Events, including marketplace and directory presence - Owning partner-facing enablement: portal content, launch communications, sales playbooks, and partner newsletters - Managing market development funds and co-funded programs, tracking their return on investment - Representing Campfire at partner conferences and communities, coordinating sponsorships with Field Marketing - Reporting on partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline metrics and partner engagement levels Requirements: - 8+ years in B2B marketing, including 3+ years in partner, channel, or ecosystem marketing at a software company - Proven track record of building partner co-marketing programs that generated measurable pipeline - Experience with both technology/integration partners and services partners; familiarity with marketplaces and partner portals - Strong relationship management skills; ability to align internal and external stakeholders with competing incentives - Excellent writing ability; capacity to translate partnerships into clear, differentiated joint narratives - Comfort with events, webinars, and campaign execution; demonstrated ability to build and ship programs
