Chainguard is a venture-backed software supply-chain security company that delivers hardened, secure, production-ready builds of open source software. The company serves Fortune 500 enterprises and global leaders including OpenAI, Snowflake, and Canva. As Senior Partner Manager for Technology Partnerships, you will own the end-to-end integrations program—how Chainguard evaluates, scopes, certifies, and maintains integrations with technology partners. This is a senior individual contributor role reporting to the VP of Alliances. Key responsibilities include: - Owning the technology partner integrations program and establishing standards for evaluation, scoping, certification, and maintenance - Managing the integration roadmap, prioritizing against customer demand, technical feasibility, and company strategy - Running the full program lifecycle: partner intake, qualification, scoping, agreements, build coordination, certification, launch, and ongoing maintenance - Driving integrations to completion by coordinating across partner engineering, Chainguard Product, and Solutions Engineering - Owning partner relationships on the integration side, including joint reviews and accountability to timelines - Collaborating with Legal on partner agreements and data access terms - Tracking portfolio health and escalating stalled or degraded integrations - Bringing partner requirements to Product to inform roadmap decisions - Coordinating integration launches with Alliances, Product Marketing, and field teams You will need 6+ years in technology partnerships, partner management, integration program management, or partner solutions. Technical depth is essential—you should be able to scope integrations and evaluate partner designs without building or testing yourself. Working knowledge of containers, Kubernetes, and cloud-native infrastructure is required, along with familiarity with vulnerability management tooling and how scanners work. Program management experience is critical: you've taken ambiguous, multi-stakeholder work and created process and ownership. You should have experience with partner agreements and commercial terms, understand technology partner ecosystems and ISV investment decisions, and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences. Up to 15% travel required. Bonus experience includes security vendor background (scanner, CNAPP, or vulnerability management products), building partner certification programs, and familiarity with coordinated vulnerability disclosure.
