Braze is seeking a Senior Partner Account Director to define and drive the company's global strategy for its critical partnership with AWS. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you will own the Braze–AWS Strategic Collaboration Agreement (SCA), shaping the joint partnership vision over 2–3 years, identifying structural growth opportunities within the AWS ecosystem, and aligning executive stakeholders across both organizations around shared commercial objectives.
You will operate as a core strategic leader within the Partnerships organization, influencing how Braze engages AWS and ensuring the partnership delivers sustained ecosystem impact. This is a highly cross-functional role requiring close collaboration with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Engineering teams at Braze and within AWS.
Key responsibilities include: defining partnership strategy by identifying market pain points and ecosystem shifts; owning SCA governance and milestone delivery through steering committees and QBRs; defining the two-year partnership roadmap across integrations, co-sell targets, and Marketplace revenue; driving executive alignment on shared objectives and governance structures; independently setting strategic direction for the AWS partnership; shaping product and integration priorities aligned to customer needs; setting commercial ambition and measurable targets for partner-sourced pipeline and revenue; operationalizing co-sell mechanics and Marketplace private offers; and representing Braze as a strategic ambassador at re:Invent, AWS summits, and partner forums.
You bring 8+ years in the SaaS/technology ecosystem, with 3+ years of partnerships experience. You have worked at or with AWS on strategic projects and managed Strategic Collaboration Agreements or comparable multi-year commercial commitments. You understand AWS's GTM organization (PDMs, PSMs, ISV teams), partner programs (APN, ISV Accelerate, Marketplace), and how enterprise customers buy and expand on AWS. You have deep familiarity with the customer engagement platform landscape and how cloud infrastructure intersects with marketing technology. You possess an established network within the AWS community and can take strategic projects from ideation through execution at global scale.
