Commure is building an AI Operating System for healthcare that spans the full care journey—from ambient AI and dictation at the point of care to intelligent agents automating workflows and autonomous RCM processing. The company processes $25B+ in annual claims across 500+ healthcare organizations and 500,000+ clinicians. You'll join the Revenue Growth team supporting the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) product as a Senior Operations Manager. This is a high-visibility, high-autonomy role focused on driving customer success and revenue performance. Key responsibilities include: - Prepare and deliver quarterly revenue performance presentations to customers, benchmarking against their previous RCM vendor - Diagnose revenue fluctuations by analyzing process weaknesses, payer shifts, and procedure ratio changes - Identify and implement process fixes to address revenue drops - Develop data-driven recommendations to enhance customer efficiency and drive growth - Launch ad hoc revenue-generating initiatives across multiple customers - Drive continuous process improvements for internal teams and cross-functional partners - Work closely with Product, Engineering, Account Management, and Operations teams You'll need a bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field. Required experience includes 2-4 years in consulting, investment banking, or operations at a fast-paced SaaS tech company. You must be proficient in SQL and Excel (Python is a bonus) and comfortable with data analysis. Experience with Retool and GSuite is a plus, as is background in RCM. The ideal candidate demonstrates intellectual curiosity, attention to detail, cross-functional collaboration skills, and customer obsession. You're comfortable working autonomously in ambiguous situations, excel at prioritization, and have a proven track record of success. This full-time position requires five days per week in the Mountain View office.
