Anduril Industries is a defense technology company transforming U.S. and allied military capabilities through advanced technology, AI, autonomy, and computer vision. The Deployments team manages coordination and execution of fielding Anduril's hardware and software products worldwide, overseeing forward logistics, site installation, maintenance, field inventory management, sustainment, and reverse logistics. As Senior Operations & Logistics Associate, you will be the backbone of deployment execution, managing multiple simultaneous deployments across product lines while juggling competing priorities. You will deliver hardware and software to customers in mission-critical and logistically challenging environments, requiring deep logistics expertise, cross-team collaboration, attention to detail, and the ability to learn new subject matters quickly. Key responsibilities include: - Own end-to-end deployment execution across multiple product lines, from logistics planning and hardware allocation through delivery, sustainment, and reverse logistics. Manage multifaceted domestic and international logistics with minimal oversight. - Systematically manage forward-deployed inventory to support ongoing customer contracts, sustainment operations, and maintenance activities. Ensure physical hardware status is accurately mirrored within systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce). - Collaborate cross-functionally across Anduril and externally with customers and key stakeholders to successfully execute logistics movements of all deployments—both domestic and international. - Deliver white-glove service for domestic and international shipping of Anduril hardware to end customers. Confirm import/export and dangerous goods compliance independently. Know international logistics procedures including customs compliance and duties. - Proactively identify, propose, and implement improvements to logistical processes, standards, and procedures for Deployment Operations. Develop solutions that reduce risk, increase efficiency, and scale with the organization. - Communicate effectively to keep internal and external teams informed at all times using necessary tools (JIRA, Oracle ERP) and channels (Slack, email, meetings). - Mentor and lead junior associates by example, showing what 'good' looks like in deployment execution. Provide guidance on logistics fundamentals, compliance, and operational best practices. - Problem-solve and remove obstacles for the team and internal and external partners. Think critically, engage the right teams, and drive solutions in ambiguous, fast-paced situations. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of experience leading domestic and international logistics, including complex and quick-turnaround shipping scenarios via commercial air (preferably to and from UK, Europe, Asia, and/or the Middle East) - Experience in supply chain operations or deployment operations - Experience in and appreciation for working in a high-energy, fast-paced environment - Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous deployments/projects and prioritize across competing projects to drive outcomes - Hands-on experience working with hardware products and bills of materials (BOMs), with a working understanding of core manufacturing processes - Ability to work proficiently and stay organized in multiple connecting systems (Oracle ERP, Odoo, Salesforce, JIRA, Slack) - Experience with ERP systems in a logistics or operations context - Proven ability to lead cross-functional efforts and influence stakeholders without direct authority, driving alignment and outcomes across teams - Background mentoring or training junior team members - Highly polished communication skills with the ability to convey concepts and deployment status to diverse stakeholders - Track record of identifying process improvements and implementing operational solutions - Track record of building operational processes from scratch (0→1) and scaling existing ones through periods of rapid growth (1→10), without relying on an existing playbook - Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearance PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Experience shipping to/from UK, Europe, Asia, and/or the Middle East - Experience in a defense, manufacturing, or hardware deployment environment, combined with experience in a commercial shipping environment focused on air transport (e.g., freight forwarding) - Familiarity with military logistics requirements, government programs, or DoD operations - Experience with import/export compliance, dangerous goods shipping, and customs regulations - Experience with forward-deployed inventory management and reverse logistics
