Fever is a global tech platform for culture and live entertainment, operating in 55+ countries with 300+ million monthly users. The company partners with major brands like Netflix, F.C. Barcelona, and Primavera Sound to democratize access to cultural experiences. You will serve as Senior Onsite Operations Specialist supporting the rollout and day-to-day operations of one of Fever's largest sports partnerships in South Korea, overseeing ticketing, access control, and box office operations across multiple first-division football club venues. This is a hands-on coordination and problem-solving role. You will act as the operational reference for Venue Managers and experienced freelance operational leads assigned to each stadium, stepping in to support when issues arise or when situations fall outside standard processes. You will not necessarily perform every operational task yourself, but rather ensure consistency, quality, and rapid issue resolution across the network. Key Responsibilities: Venue Operations Coordination: Coordinate Fever operations across multiple football stadiums and matchdays. Ensure each venue is operationally ready before doors open, including ticketing, access control, box office, devices, connectivity, staffing, and processes. Monitor overall performance and identify potential issues before they affect attendees or partners. Ensure operational standards are applied consistently across all stadiums. Supervision of Venue Managers & Freelancers: Brief and coordinate Venue Managers and experienced freelance operational leads. Ensure each has clear responsibilities, priorities, and escalation paths. Support Venue Managers when they face problems they cannot resolve independently. Coordinate junior freelancers and temporary staff through relevant Venue Managers. Monitor team performance and intervene when execution falls below Fever standards. Problem Solving & Escalation Management: Act as the first operational escalation point for venue teams. Troubleshoot issues related to ticketing, access control, box office, and onsite workflows. Distinguish between issues solvable locally versus those requiring central Fever team support. Ensure escalations are documented and followed through to resolution. Remain calm and decisive during live operations. Operational Excellence: Ensure Fever checklists, SOPs, and tools are followed consistently. Identify recurring issues across venues and propose improvements. Capture learnings from each matchday to improve future execution. Support rollout of new processes, tools, and operational standards. Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in live operations, sports, ticketing, venues, hospitality, or similar high-volume operational environment - Experience coordinating onsite teams or multiple operational stakeholders - Proven ability to troubleshoot operational issues independently - Comfortable supervising experienced people without formal line management authority - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail - Confident communicator with operational teams and external partners - Comfortable working with operational technology and learning new systems quickly - Native Korean and strong professional English - Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and travel regularly across South Korea
