In this Senior National Account Executive role, you will drive the acquisition, activation, and expansion of strategic partnerships within Rippling's Accounting and HR Advisory Channel. You will focus on the Top 500 accounting firms in the country, sourcing and landing net-new partnerships while expanding existing partners' client bases onto the Rippling platform.
Key responsibilities include:
- Owning the full lifecycle of high-value national partnerships: acquisition, activation, and expansion
- Sourcing and landing net-new accounting and HR advisory firms from the Top 500
- Building and executing strategic account plans to penetrate partner organizations across multiple stakeholders
- Driving net-new client acquisition within partner firms onto Rippling
- Scaling referral motions within the accountant ecosystem
