Rhoda AI is building generalist intelligent robots with a full robotics stack spanning hardware, systems, and foundation world models. The company has raised over $450M and is scaling aggressively across model research, infrastructure, hardware development, and manufacturing.
As Senior Technical Program Manager for Industrial Programs, you will own operational readiness and process rollout to support hardware delivery and customer shipment commitments. You serve as the connective tissue between hardware development, supply chain, certification, and commercial launch, ensuring quality, readiness, and compliance standards are met at every transition gate.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading operational readiness and process rollout for hardware delivery and customer commitments
- Managing supplier coordination and unit ramp planning across prototype, pilot, and production phases
- Owning scale-up execution from initial builds through high-volume production, tracking yield, throughput, and quality targets
- Driving certification and compliance processes (CE, UL, FCC, etc.), sequencing regulatory approvals to avoid delivery bottlenecks
- Coordinating handoffs between prototype validation and commercial launch
- Building and maintaining supplier scorecards, production readiness reviews (PRR), and manufacturing milestone plans
- Partnering with engineering and operations to identify and mitigate supply chain risk and factory capacity constraints
- Defining process controls and documentation for repeatable, scalable production
You bring 7+ years in technical program management, operations program management, or supply chain program leadership. You have hands-on experience managing hardware ramp programs from prototype through production, ideally in robotics, consumer electronics, or industrial equipment. You understand NPI (New Product Introduction) processes, supplier qualification, and manufacturing readiness reviews. You have demonstrated ability to manage certification and compliance schedules across complex programs and coordinate multi-party supplier relationships under aggressive timelines. Strong data-driven communication skills and ability to synthesize production metrics into executive-level reporting are essential.
Nice-to-have experience includes contract manufacturing partnerships, offshore supplier management, robotics or electromechanical systems manufacturing, Lean/Six Sigma background, and prior startup experience scaling hardware from 0 to 1,000+ units.
