As Senior Mobility Specialist (Immigration Lawyer), you will provide legal expertise and strategic guidance on immigration compliance matters. You'll monitor and manage assigned immigration cases using case management systems, counsel clients on visa sponsorships and business travel requirements, and serve as a senior point of contact for complex immigration matters.
Key responsibilities include: analyzing and preparing visa/work permit applications; providing legal and strategic guidance on immigration compliance service delivery; taking ownership of senior-level escalations and supporting junior Mobility Specialists; mentoring team members; maintaining current knowledge of immigration law and regulatory changes; managing large projects alongside leadership; monitoring SLAs and response times; and establishing internal immigration services to improve efficiency and revenue.
You'll work independently on complex client cases, apply immigration expertise to solution-based responses, and actively contribute to training materials and process improvements. You'll establish and maintain relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, and regularly monitor dashboards and communication channels to ensure compliance and visibility.
The role reports to the Manager of Mobility and is part of the Mobility team. Remote is fully distributed across 6 continents with an asynchronous work culture. The company emphasizes innovation, automation, and AI capabilities across all roles.
