As Senior Mobility Specialist – Immigration Lawyer, you will provide legal expertise and strategic guidance on immigration compliance matters. You'll monitor and manage assigned immigration cases using case management systems, provide counsel on visa sponsorship and business travel, and serve as the escalation point for complex immigration issues. Key responsibilities include analyzing and preparing visa/work permit applications, mentoring junior Mobility Specialists and Coordinators, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of evolving immigration regulations across jurisdictions.
You will take ownership of senior-level escalations, support leadership on large mobility projects, and actively contribute to process improvements and training documentation. The role involves establishing and strengthening relationships with both internal stakeholders and external clients, ensuring SLA compliance through regular monitoring of communication channels and dashboards. You'll also identify opportunities to develop in-house immigration services to enhance revenue, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
This is a fully remote position reporting to the Manager of Mobility. The company prioritizes applications from DACH (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) regions and values candidates with tech industry or hyper-growth environment experience. Strong automation and AI fluency is expected across all roles at Remote.
