Kikoff is a profitable, pre-IPO fintech company on a mission to empower financial security at scale. With record revenue growth and a unicorn valuation, they've built products helping millions build credit, access liquidity, and save money.
You'll be a Senior Mobile Engineer shaping the future of Kikoff's main credit-building app, a product central to their mission. The role spans three core areas:
**Growth and Acquisition:** Own and optimize the mobile funnel from app store through signup, onboarding, identity verification, and first credit action. Build acquisition infrastructure including deep links, attribution, push/in-app messaging, and analytics instrumentation. Run experiments and measure outcomes to improve user acquisition and activation.
**Payments and Monetization:** Own subscription and billing UX (plans, upgrades, payment methods, autopay, history). Build resilient payment flows using Stripe/Tabapay with fintech-grade security, handling retries, declines, recovery, and edge cases.
**Mobile Platform Evolution:** Evolve Flutter architecture, modularity, and performance/observability to support multi-team scale. Improve CI/CD, releases, codegen, testing, and the design system/component library to accelerate experimentation and shipping velocity.
You'll collaborate closely with product managers, designers, growth marketers, data scientists, and engineers. Success means measurable improvements in acquisition, retention, and revenue.
**Requirements:** 5+ years mobile development experience with a track record building and scaling production apps on iOS or Android. Proven growth impact owning onboarding, activation, or monetization funnels with measurable metrics. Strong mobile architecture knowledge (state management, MVVM, MVI, Clean Architecture). Production ownership experience shipping consumer apps at scale, handling crashes and edge cases. Solid foundation in iOS (Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI) or Android (Kotlin, Jetpack Compose). Data fluency with analytics, funnel analysis, and experiment-driven decision-making. Testing mindset with unit, integration, and UI tests. Experience with REST APIs, asynchronous operations, error states, and reliable network layers.
