Salary: USD 170,000 - 190,000 / annual

DriveWealth is a global B2B fintech platform democratizing access to financial markets through an API-based infrastructure. The company enables partners worldwide to offer seamless investing and trading experiences, supporting US equities, mutual funds, ETFs, fixed income, and options. As Senior Media and Public Relations Lead, you will own the company's media strategy and brand visibility during a critical growth phase. You'll be the strategic communications leader reporting to senior management, responsible for elevating DriveWealth's public image and market presence across international and US outlets. Key responsibilities include: - Developing and executing integrated media strategy aligned with business priorities, including CEO and executive thought leadership positioning - Building and maintaining relationships with top-tier financial, business, technology, and fintech media outlets; pitching and securing impactful coverage across broadcast, print, digital, and podcast channels - Developing executive positioning and media readiness for the CEO and leadership team, including messaging strategy, interview preparation, and reactive commentary - Overseeing press releases for product launches, partnerships, milestones, and newsworthy developments - Creating thought leadership content including executive bylines, op-eds, contributed articles, and media briefing materials - Owning conference strategy: evaluating high-impact events, securing keynote and panel opportunities, coordinating co-marketing initiatives - Developing and executing award strategy to strengthen brand reputation; identifying tier-one industry and workplace culture awards, managing submissions and content - Managing external PR agencies and ensuring efficient cross-functional coordination across social, PR, conference, and executive workstreams - Protecting brand reputation through proactive media monitoring, issue mitigation, and crisis communications planning - Providing international PR support for product launches and regional initiatives - Tracking performance and delivering monthly analytics reports with actionable insights - Leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance media monitoring, content development, workflow efficiency, and measurement You'll collaborate closely with internal communications, social media, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across corporate, executive, and product narratives. Requirements: - 10+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, preferably within financial services, fintech, technology, or highly regulated industries - Established relationships with top-tier financial, business, technology, and fintech media with demonstrated ability to secure meaningful coverage - Proven experience developing and executing integrated PR communication strategies aligned with business objectives - Demonstrated ability to counsel senior executives and serve as a trusted communications advisor - Exceptional written and verbal skills; ability to translate complex financial, technical, and business concepts into compelling, accessible narratives - Demonstrated experience managing media inquiries, executive communications, thought leadership, and strategic media opportunities - Experience developing and executing proactive PR campaigns, corporate announcements, and communications initiatives that elevate brand visibility and reputation - Strategic thinker with strong business judgment, sound editorial instincts, and ability to identify opportunities that strengthen company reputation and market presence - Familiarity with social media, digital communications, media monitoring, and AI-enabled tools to support content development, communications planning, and performance measurement - Experience managing external PR agencies, consultants, and communications partners - Strong understanding of how regulatory developments, market trends, and industry events influence corporate reputation and media narratives - FINRA Series 24 license is a plus but not required - Must be authorized to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship available
