Prenuvo is transforming healthcare from reactive sick-care to proactive health care through award-winning whole-body MRI scans combined with AI-driven software and a patient-centric clinic experience. The company is seeking a Senior MarTech Manager to own the technology and operational strategy behind marketing programs, ensuring marketing strategy, data, systems, and execution connect seamlessly.
This is a senior individual contributor role with significant cross-functional influence over vendor spend, technical direction, and marketing priorities. You will partner closely with Marketing, Data, Product, and Engineering leadership (Director/VP level) to translate business strategy into scalable technical solutions.
Key responsibilities include:
- Setting strategy and owning architecture decisions for the MarTech stack, including build-vs-buy evaluations and vendor relationships
- Defining and driving a multi-year roadmap for marketing technology, automation, analytics, and personalization
- Directing platform strategy for CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, attribution, experimentation, and customer engagement tools
- Architecting data flows between marketing systems, product systems, CRM, and the data warehouse; setting standards for other teams
- Establishing governance standards for tracking, campaign setup, lifecycle management, and data quality across the organization
- Identifying and leading automation initiatives that reduce manual campaign operations
- Owning the technical foundation for segmentation, lifecycle marketing, personalization, and reporting
- Leading vendor evaluation, selection, and contract negotiation; owning implementation and adoption outcomes
- Building documentation, governance frameworks, and processes that make the MarTech ecosystem scalable and auditable
- Monitoring system performance, data quality, and operational risk; escalating and resolving complex issues
- Providing technical direction and mentorship to marketing ops or MarTech staff, even without formal reporting lines
The ideal candidate operates at both strategic and tactical levels: setting multi-year MarTech strategy and architecture direction while staying close enough to the stack to make sound technical decisions. You will influence Director/VP-level decisions and manage cross-functional projects and vendor relationships.
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of experience in marketing technology, marketing operations, growth operations, or related field, with a track record of owning strategy, not just execution
- Demonstrated experience setting technical direction and influencing decisions at the Director/VP level
- Deep expertise across CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms, analytics, and integrations
- Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce/HubSpot, Braze/Iterable, Segment, GA4, GTM, Snowflake/BigQuery, Zapier, Workato, OneTrust, and related platforms
- Strong SQL, API, and data integration fluency, with judgment to know when to build vs. delegate
- Track record managing cross-functional projects, external vendors, and budget/spend decisions
- Executive-level communication skills, able to translate technical tradeoffs for non-technical leadership
- Comfortable setting direction in ambiguity, without waiting for complete information
Nice-to-have:
- Experience building or modernizing a MarTech stack from the ground up, ideally at more than one company
- Experience in healthcare, consumer technology, subscription, or other data-rich, regulated environments
- Deep expertise in experimentation, attribution, lifecycle marketing, or personalization strategy
- Strong grasp of privacy, consent, and data governance requirements (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA if healthcare)
