Brex is seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Operations Manager to architect and optimize its B2B sales-led and channel-driven go-to-market (GTM) engine. This role is central to defining and maintaining the systems, processes, and operational rigor that align Marketing, SDR, Sales, and Partner teams across the organization. You will design the future-state GTM tech stack, modernizing how leads flow through the system, how insights are generated, and how operational workloads become more efficient through automation, AI, and agentic workflows. Key responsibilities include owning and evolving the GTM systems architecture—ensuring Salesforce, Marketo, LeanData, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Outreach, and Clay.io work together as an integrated ecosystem. You will lead the design, governance, and optimization of data orchestration workflows using LeanData, including routing, prioritization, handoffs, and conversion logic across teams. You'll design and execute a future-state operational roadmap focused on scaling B2B demand generation, ABM, and partner-led growth through automation and improved data flows. This includes building automated lifecycle processes for lead scoring, enrichment, qualification, and cross-functional handoffs using LeanData, Zapier, Clay, Segment, and AI agents. You will enhance sales productivity by implementing agentic workflows such as automated follow-ups, enrichment workflows, and SDR assistance tools in Outreach and Salesforce. Additional responsibilities include managing data governance across Salesforce, Marketo, and Segment to ensure reliable attribution and pipeline visibility; creating AI-informed dashboards and reporting on pipeline performance, lead velocity, conversion, and campaign effectiveness; and partnering with RevOps, Sales Systems, and Engineering to operationalize cross-functional processes that reduce manual work. You'll also support partner/VAR motions through automated attribution, routing rules, and integrated co-marketing processes, and continuously evaluate new tools and AI capabilities to elevate GTM infrastructure. The role is based in Seattle with a hybrid model requiring a minimum of three coordinated days in the office per week (Monday, Wednesday, Thursday), plus up to four weeks per year of fully remote work.
