You will own demand generation end-to-end as a hands-on, technically fluent growth marketer. This is a generalist role requiring depth across paid channels, organic/SEO, marketing operations, and light web work. Key responsibilities include: optimizing paid demand generation across Meta, Google (Search/PMax), and LinkedIn with focus on CAC and pipeline contribution; owning organic growth through SEO strategy, content optimization, and site architecture; driving Answer Engine Optimization (AEO/GEO) to surface content in AI search and LLM answers; building and sending nurture and lifecycle campaigns in HubSpot with workflows, segmentation, and email creation; making ongoing website updates and conversion optimization via CMS; standing up reporting across ad platforms, HubSpot, and Salesforce to tie spend to pipeline; adopting and integrating new martech and AI tooling quickly; and partnering with sales and RevOps on funnel metrics, campaign hierarchy, and attribution. You bring 5–8 years of growth/demand generation experience, ideally in B2B SaaS. You have proven hands-on performance marketing across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn; hands-on SEO experience (technical and content) with tools like Semrush or Ahrefs; understanding of how AI search surfaces content and optimization strategies; strong HubSpot skills including email builds, workflows, and segmentation; comfort making website edits with CMS knowledge and basic HTML/CSS a bonus; demonstrated ability to learn new systems quickly; and an analytical, self-directed approach to owning outcomes as an individual contributor. Experience marketing to finance/FP&A buyers, familiarity with HockeyStack or attribution tooling, and SQL knowledge are nice-to-haves. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence at the New York office Tuesday through Thursday. Full-time benefits include 100% covered medical, dental, and vision insurance; flexible paid vacation and sick/mental health time; stock options for all employees; 12 weeks of 100% paid parental leave; and a quarterly learning budget.
