N26 is seeking a Senior Marketing Data Analyst to lead media mix modeling and acquisition measurement initiatives. In this role, you will serve as the analytics focal point for the Marketing Mix Model in collaboration with Data Science and Analytics Engineering teams. You'll own the Acquisition Marketing Test & Learn workstream end-to-end, from experiment design through analysis and reporting.
Key responsibilities include: establishing yourself as the measurement domain expert for Acquisition Marketing, owning the roadmap and prioritization with both business and technical stakeholders; serving as the go-to partner for acquisition marketing teams (Paid Media, Marketing Strategy, Friend Referral, Product Marketing) on measurement strategy and data questions; advising senior leadership on measurement techniques and presenting strategic analysis to inform business decisions; building scalable, self-serve analytics resources including measurement frameworks, data models, and dashboards that enable marketing teams to monitor performance independently; enriching the company knowledge base through documentation of insights, research, and data products to drive analytics maturity; and contributing to OKR and goal definitions with clear, measurable targets.
You'll work in a cross-functional environment with analysts, engineers, data scientists, and marketing managers across multiple teams including Marketing, Business, Product, Finance, and Operations.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in Marketing or Product Analytics, ideally with focus on Acquisition Strategies and Effectiveness Measurement; proven success partnering with technical and business stakeholders to drive analytics improvements; solid experience with Marketing Mix Modeling and experiment design/implementation/analysis; strong expertise in statistical methods for experimental and observational data analysis; advanced SQL and Python/R skills for data cleaning, modeling, and analysis with clean code practices; strong data storytelling and visualization skills (Tableau, Looker, Metabase, Superset); excellent communication translating complex analysis to non-technical audiences; and deep knowledge of marketing topics including audience segmentation, targeting, and data enrichment.
Preferred: experience in high-growth startups with marketing acquisition, brand measurement, strategy, or CRO; fintech background.
