As Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics for the Cards business, you will lead a critical function bridging marketing, credit, finance, and strategy. Your responsibilities span three core areas:
Marketing Performance & Optimization: You'll lead the marketing investment cycle, architecting and launching the firm's first optimization engine to target prospects while maximizing expected economics and maintaining policy thresholds. You'll partner with Growth Marketing teams to optimize campaign targeting, channel mix, creative performance, and customer acquisition cost (CAC). You'll build bottom-up business unit economic growth forecasts and produce quantitative outputs supporting investor reporting, securitization performance analytics, and portfolio stratifications.
Customer & Portfolio Analytics: You'll build and own account valuation models that underpin credit card investment decisions. You'll evaluate cardholder engagement trends, spend behavior, utilization, rewards engagement, and retention drivers. You'll conduct cohort analyses to understand customer lifecycle performance and long-term portfolio health, partnering with Product and Risk teams to evaluate customer quality, credit performance, and unit economics.
Experimentation & Strategic Insights: You'll design and measure A/B and multivariate tests to improve economic outcomes. You'll identify opportunities to improve conversion rates, portfolio profitability, and lifetime value (LTV). You'll deliver actionable recommendations through statistical analysis, forecasting, and predictive modeling, supporting executive decision-making with clear storytelling.
Data & Cross-Functional Leadership: You'll collaborate with Data Engineering and BI teams to improve data quality, accessibility, and scalability. You'll drive consistency in KPI definitions, reporting methodologies, and attribution frameworks. You'll mentor and develop junior analysts, fostering a data-driven culture across the organization, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders on growth strategy, portfolio trends, and marketing investment decisions.
