Flock Safety is seeking a Senior Manager of Website to own the strategy, roadmap, and execution of FlockSafety.com. The role serves multiple distinct audiences including enterprise buyers, law enforcement agencies, community members, and media.
You will lead the site's evolution by establishing clear information architecture and audience journeys tailored to enterprise buyers, public safety partners, and the broader public. You'll partner with growth leadership to set website governance, determining what content is built, updated, consolidated, or retired. The role includes guiding CRO and SEO strategy while managing direct reports and cross-functional partners to optimize for both conversion and modern search paradigms like AEO and GEO.
You will direct external development partners and manage Webflow infrastructure, ensuring high standards for site performance, accessibility, QA, and technical health. This is a proactive, strategic role—not reactive ticket-handling. You'll actively identify broken interactions, weak UX, and conversion bottlenecks to fix them.
Required experience includes web strategy, digital product management, or digital experience owning high-impact websites. You should have a track record of leading a website through major redesign or transformation, technical fluency with modern CMS platforms like Webflow, and working knowledge of web performance, UX, accessibility, CRO, and SEO. You'll need demonstrated ability to analyze website data and user behavior to inform roadmap decisions, plus experience managing direct reports or cross-functional contributors, ideally with B2B buying journey expertise.
