KAYAK, part of Booking Holdings, is seeking a Senior Manager to lead Supplier Relations for KAYAK for Business (K4B), the company's corporate travel platform. This role reports to the Senior Director of K4B and oversees a global portfolio of preferred supplier partners including TMCs, airlines, rail, lodging, car rental, ground transportation, expense management, and payment providers.
You will drive global growth by engaging new partnerships and optimizing existing ones while expanding the value proposition and aligning K4B strategy with supplier needs. Key responsibilities include designing and leading travel partner evaluations, communications, and contracting; collaborating with partners and internal teams on commercial opportunities; ensuring content and functionality needs are met for customers; and working with Business Development, Account Management, Product, and Marketing teams to achieve target goals.
Additional duties involve contributing to technology improvement prioritization to drive partner sales, working closely with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and revenue reconciliation, and serving as a thought leader within the travel industry.
The position is based in the Miami, FL office with an expectation of on-site presence at least 3 times per week. Remote flexibility allows up to 20 days per year working from other locations.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 7+ years in travel agency, distribution, payment, air/lodging/car/rail supplier, or related fields
- Proven history of building and maintaining strong relationships internally and externally
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Outstanding analytical skills to drive partnership results based on data
- Expert negotiation abilities with creative problem-solving
- Comfort working in fast-paced tech environments
- Recognized as a thought leader within the travel industry
- Strong business development and problem-solving skills with willingness to be hands-on
- Experience working with global teams across multiple locations
- Tech experience is a major plus
