Snowflake is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategy & Operations to serve as the operational architect for the Global Revenue Enablement (GRE) organization. This is a high-impact role at the nexus of revenue operations and technology systems engineering, responsible for designing, orchestrating, and institutionalizing go-to-market processes built on AI-first principles.
You will partner directly with GRE's Technology & Systems, Enterprise Technology, and Data Analytics & AI teams to translate commercial growth strategies into deterministic, automated systems. Your mandate spans designing AI-native workflows using frontier AI models and intelligent orchestration; systematically eliminating operational friction across field enablement lifecycles; and acting as the lead technical sponsor for evaluating and standardizing the GRE tool stack.
Key responsibilities include leading mission-critical technical programs using Scrum and Agile methodologies; treating operational enablement as an engineering-grade platform with telemetry and SLAs; running the strategic intake and prioritization engine for the Technology & Systems team; driving quote-to-cash optimization through CPQ architecture (Salesforce); operationalizing packaging and pricing execution; partnering with Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to automate governance and pricing rules; ensuring seamless data synchronization across LMS, CRM, CPQ, and usage-metering infrastructure; and maintaining operational readiness across all systems prior to releases.
You will operate as an internal principal consultant and systems strategist, thriving in high-ambiguity environments, bringing order to complex multi-quarter roadmaps, surfacing critical architectural trade-offs, and aligning executive stakeholders without needing direct authority. This role requires combining top-tier portfolio governance with deep technical, systems, and operational fluency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 10+ years of technical program management, business operations, or revenue systems leadership within high-growth technology, SaaS, or frontier AI environments
- Proven IC5-level track record: demonstrated ability to drive multi-quarter enterprise programs across diverse teams (Engineering, Product, Legal, Finance, Sales) with minimal direction
- AI-First Fluency: practical understanding of modern LLM APIs and agentic workflow orchestration
- Deep Systems Fluency: advanced expertise in revenue technology stack, specifically Salesforce (Enterprise CRM/CPQ) and data warehouses (Snowflake, BigQuery)
- Analytical Rigor: ability to query data to derive insights and validate program ROI
