**Franchise Building**: Represent Crux at bank capital conferences and industry events; identify prospective bank relationships and new capital channels; support team growth as the organization scales.
The role is remote-first (US and Canada) with optional offices in DC, NYC, and SF. Crux has closed 120+ transactions in the last two years, facilitating billions in capital deployment. The company is profitable and growing exponentially, backed by a $500M debt warehouse facility from Nuveen.
