The Sales Development team sits at the forefront of prospect engagement and pipeline generation. Team members identify potential prospects, execute diverse outreach strategies, engage in strategic conversations with stakeholders, and collaborate with Account Executives to expand footprint in new and existing accounts. The team is composed of highly motivated self-starters who leverage product and industry knowledge to communicate value and convert interested prospects into qualified leads.
You will lead and develop the Sales Development team, attracting, retaining, and cultivating exceptional talent and future Account Executives. Your leadership will be critical to ensuring the team achieves ambitious goals and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coach and mentor the team to secure high-quality meetings with senior executives, driving achievement of KPIs
- Establish effective, scalable sales development strategies as the team grows
- Partner on go-to-market strategy, including email, phone, and social messaging
- Proactively track and analyze key trends to inform data-driven decisions
- Implement and execute professional development programming to enable team members to succeed as Sales Development Representatives and prepare them for future organizational roles
- Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify and attract Sales Development talent

This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the London office.
