RentSpree is a rental infrastructure platform serving five million users through 300+ real estate company and MLS partnerships. The company handles the full rental journey—from applications and screening to payments and lease management—and has achieved consistent growth over ten years.
The Growth and Marketing team is building the growth engine across the customer experience, focusing on data-driven insights and exceeding acquisition, adoption, and revenue goals. However, the go-to-market organization currently operates in silos: Sales, Success, and Marketing each use separate tools, slowing decision-making. Customer data is fragmented—the same agent can appear as two people, and a landlord sourced through an agent can look like a marketing signup.
As the first Revenue Operations hire, you will fix the foundation by establishing one customer record, unified data definitions, and processes embedded in systems. You'll report to the SVP of Growth & Marketing and serve the entire go-to-market organization, working closely with Data and Product teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Own the customer record in HubSpot (or eventual alternative): clean data, define fields and lifecycle stages, unify identity across emails and partners, integrate product usage into the CRM
- Build best-practice processes into systems: translate business requirements into scalable solutions, including sales and customer success automation, routing, scoring, notifications, task creation, SLA enforcement, and handoffs
- Own the GTM stack: evaluate, implement, and maintain tools; manage integrations with Aircall, Gong, Zapier, and others; monitor and troubleshoot
- Make launches measurable: ensure tracking is in place before campaigns ship, prevent send collisions, enable proper test readouts
- Lead with AI and agentic workflows: build agents to monitor data hygiene, flag breakages, route work, and produce reporting; replace SaaS tools with AI-designed systems where cost-benefit favors it
- Run the GTM operating rhythm: maintain one dashboard for GTM goals, track pacing against plan, provide data for comp and target decisions
- Inform attribution and affiliation framework: work with data to decide credit flow across MLS, brokerage, agent, partner, and direct channels; implement across all systems
The role is hybrid in Seattle, WA, with three in-office collaboration days weekly. Paid relocation is available.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 8+ years in revenue operations, marketing operations, or GTM systems, ideally at a B2B, B2B2C, or multi-channel company where customers arrive through partners
- Deep HubSpot admin experience: objects, workflows, properties, integrations, permissions; proven ability to clean up and maintain messy instances
- Systems thinking with commercial instincts: ability to translate vague business asks into fields, workflows, and definitions; judgment to push back on requests
- Comfortable with SQL and BI tools (BigQuery and Omni); fluent working alongside data engineers and analysts
- Experience with lead management, lifecycle stages, routing, and SLAs across sales and success teams
