Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy-efficient foundation for the world's most demanding AI workloads. As Senior Manager of Quality Management System, you will own the enterprise QMS framework across all manufacturing and operational facilities, transitioning the organization from site-specific, paper-based processes to a data-driven, risk-based Quality Operating System.
You will establish and maintain QMS policies, standards, and governance mechanisms that scale with rapid manufacturing expansion. Key responsibilities include directing the enterprise audit program (internal, customer, supplier, regulatory), governing CAPA and NCR workflows, managing quality document control systems, and ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 and customer standards. You'll partner closely with Product Quality, Supplier Quality, Manufacturing Quality, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and EHS to drive systemic improvements.
Additional focus areas include establishing quality record data governance and integrating QMS data across ERP and MES systems for enterprise-wide visibility; creating cross-site quality dashboards tracking NCR/CAPA aging, audit findings, and training compliance; leading quality management reviews with executive leadership; defining role-based QMS training and competency programs; eliminating non-value-added quality steps through Lean Six Sigma initiatives; instituting risk-based governance with quality risk registers; and leading QMS readiness for greenfield manufacturing sites.
You bring 7+ years of quality, QMS, or manufacturing quality experience with demonstrated success scaling QMS frameworks. You have deep expertise in ISO 9001, audit management, root-cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone), CAPA/NCR processes, document control governance, and cross-functional leadership. A bachelor's degree in Quality, Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Operations, or related field is required. This role reports into Quality leadership and is critical to building an agile quality system that enables rapid business growth in a high-performing, mission-driven organization.
