The Senior FP&A Manager is a strategic finance role reporting to the FP&A Director. This is not a reporting function—you will be the financial brain behind major investment decisions, business cases, and operational strategy, partnering with senior leaders to shape capital allocation, operational scaling, and future planning.
Key responsibilities include:
**Board & Executive Reporting:** Contribute to board and investor materials with clear, accurate financial narratives. Support the CFO in preparing board meetings, investor updates, and external communications.
**Business Cases & Investment Decisions:** Lead development of rigorous business cases for major investments (new programs, capex, technology platforms, strategic partnerships). Challenge assumptions, stress-test models, and present go/no-go recommendations to the CFO and executive team. Own post-investment reviews to validate assumptions and improve future decision-making.
**Strategic Planning & Long-Range Forecasting:** Own the long-range financial plan, translating strategic ambition into multi-year financial models. Identify key value drivers and build analytical frameworks connecting operational activity to financial outcomes. Provide forward-looking insight on revenue, margin, and cash, surfacing risks and opportunities early.
**FP&A Process Transformation:** Redesign budgeting, forecasting, and reporting processes to reduce cycle time and increase insight quality. Drive implementation of planning and BI tooling, reducing spreadsheet dependency. Establish FP&A standards, templates, and governance that scale.
**Project & Stakeholder Leadership:** Own cross-functional finance projects from scoping through delivery. Set clear direction and maintain momentum on multi-team workstreams. Elevate financial work quality through knowledge-sharing and standard-setting.
The role is permanent, hybrid, based in Espoo, Finland or Warsaw, Poland. Employment is subject to applicable security screening.
**Requirements:**
- 5–10 years of experience in FP&A, consulting, or investment-facing roles
- Proven track record of presenting to senior stakeholders and external audiences
- Demonstrated experience designing finance processes and implementing AI
- Accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred, or equivalent by experience
