Salary: USD 100,000 - 200,000 / annual

Formlabs is seeking a Senior Manager, Marketing Strategy to drive data-driven decision-making and optimize marketing strategies in support of growth objectives. The role requires deep expertise in customer segmentation, targeting, and strategic planning, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, international, high-growth environment. Key Responsibilities: - Define customer segments and size markets to identify where Formlabs should prioritize growth - Build business cases for winning new segments and own execution and delivery - Structure analysis and build data-driven models that guide strategic decisions - Partner with senior leaders across the business to drive alignment and execution Formlabs manufactures 3D printing technology used by over 50,000 industry leaders worldwide, including Apple, Google, Tesla, New Balance, and NASA. The company is reinventing how the world designs, prototypes, and manufactures physical products. Requirements: - 3 to 10 years of experience in Strategy roles or Strategy projects as a Management Consultant, OR experience scaling a business from startup to scale-up phase - Demonstrated experience in industry research and customer segmentation - Proven ability to work with executive leaders, including willingness to debate and push back constructively - Strong capability to structure analysis and build data-driven models - Growth mindset with comfort trying new ideas and learning quickly - Ownership mentality and ability to execute and deliver results - Fluent use of AI tools in daily work, held to the same quality standard as your own work Bonus Skills: - Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools (BigQuery/SQL, DataStudio/Looker, etc.) - Engineering, manufacturing, or related industry experience - MBA (preferred but not required)
