EdCast is seeking a Senior Manager of Campaign Operations to lead the global campaign execution function across three regions (Americas, EMEA, APJ). This role manages a four-person team and owns campaign project management, execution quality, database reachability, and marketing compliance. Key responsibilities include: **Global Campaign Execution & Quality**: Own campaign execution and QA across all regions, balancing regional autonomy with global standards. Manage campaign operations project management including intake, scoping, sequencing, and delivery against demand generation and field marketing calendars. Optimize the intake and prioritization model to communicate clearly what is being built, queued, or deprioritized. **Campaign Strategy Support**: Set standards for campaign strategy support provided to demand generation, field, product, customer, and partner marketing teams. Own operational support for global campaigns including audience build, orchestration, and measurement. **Platform & Stack Management**: Own the platforms delivering campaigns and content experiences (Marketo, Reachdesk, PathFactory, Goldcast, and adjacent tools). Maintain regional platform ownership with clear primary owners and documented backups. Partner with GTM process operations on integration and system decisions. **Database Health & Compliance**: Collaborate on lead scoring design including behavioral inputs and engagement signals. Hold accountability for marketing database health—segmentation integrity, suppression logic, and engagement data. Own marketing compliance across three regions (consent, privacy, data handling), embedding regional requirements into campaign templates. **Performance & AI Workflows**: Deliver campaign performance insights to the business. Refine UTM standards in partnership with marketing analytics. Scale AI-assisted workflow development from experiments into standard operating practice across regions. **Team Leadership**: Lead, coach, and develop four operations professionals across three time zones, including two senior specialists. Set the team's operating cadence for planning, capacity, prioritization, and quality measurement. Develop regional specialists into broader operations owners. **Required Qualifications**: 6+ years in campaign, marketing, or revenue operations with experience leading people or a global workstream. Deep hands-on expertise in marketing automation platforms (build, QA, segmentation, troubleshooting). Experience supporting marketing across multiple regions and time zones. Hands-on experience with content experience platforms, direct mail, webinars, and ABM programming. Track record running campaign intake and prioritization against constrained capacity. Working knowledge of marketing compliance requirements across regions. Experience partnering with analytics on campaign measurement and data quality. **Preferred Qualifications**: Customer marketing, advocacy, or partner communications operations exposure. Applied use of AI in campaign workflows. Experience managing distributed teams across three or more time zones. Lead scoring or lifecycle design experience.
