Liftoff is a leading AI-powered performance marketing platform for the mobile app economy, supporting over 6,600 mobile businesses across 74 countries. The company recently went public and is scaling its Investor Relations function. As Senior Manager of Investor Relations, you will report to the VP of Investor Relations and own the operational backbone of Liftoff's public-company communications with the investment community. This is a high-impact role that bridges finance, legal, corporate communications, and senior leadership. Key responsibilities include: • End-to-end coordination of the quarterly earnings process: managing timelines, checklists, and cross-functional inputs from Finance, Legal, and Communications. • Drafting and refining earnings materials—press releases, earnings decks, Q&A prep documents, and executive scripts in partnership with the VP, IR. • Building and maintaining core IR infrastructure: investor decks, roadshow and conference materials, financial models, fact sheets, and recurring reporting templates. • Synthesizing sell-side analyst consensus estimates and investor feedback for the management team. • Conducting competitive and peer benchmarking analysis against comparable public companies (e.g., AppLovin, Unity, Digital Turbine) to inform earnings narratives. • Tracking shareholder base composition, trading activity, and ownership changes; building systems to monitor investor feedback and sentiment. • Preparing detailed briefing materials for senior management ahead of investor meetings and conferences. • Managing logistics and materials for non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and analyst days. • Maintaining and updating IR website content and investor-facing communications channels. You will need 8+ years of experience in investor relations, equity research, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field (or 6+ years with a Master's degree). Strong financial and analytical skills, comfort with financial statement analysis and public-company disclosure practices, and excellent written/verbal communication are essential. Experience or strong interest in ad tech is strongly preferred. You must be highly organized, process-driven, able to manage multiple concurrent workstreams independently, and skilled at stakeholder management across Finance, Legal, Communications, and senior leadership. Discretion with confidential and material non-public information is critical. The role is remote-first within the Pacific Time Zone (CA, NV, OR, WA preferred), with US hubs in Redwood City, Los Angeles, and New York City. Expect quarterly in-person team gatherings for collaboration and team building.
