Rubrik is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Process Excellence to architect and lead the global People Experience & Operations (PXO) function. This role sits at the intersection of HR operations, process design, and emerging AI-assisted workflows. You will own end-to-end process infrastructure across the employee lifecycle, including Employee Relations, Performance Management, Separations, Talent Operations, HR Services, Compliance, Mobility, and Contingent Workforce. Your core mission is to design the "Invisible Engine"—a scalable, tech-forward HR operating model that enables HRBPs to focus on strategic business alignment while PXO delivers standardized, frictionless workflows. Key responsibilities include: **Process Architecture:** Design and maintain global process frameworks for core HR functions. Translate complex workflows into clean playbooks, decision trees, and documentation standards. Build a comprehensive process inventory mapped across the employee lifecycle with clear regional standardization. **Continuous Improvement:** Standardize workflows across PXO sub-functions in partnership with functional leaders. Establish and lead a global Process Champions Network to unify regional knowledge into a single authoritative source. Lead a policy cleanup initiative to audit, consolidate, and streamline outdated guidance. **Change Governance:** Facilitate a monthly Change Forum for People Operations to sequence policy/process updates, manage risk, and align stakeholders. Partner with Program Leads and Centers of Excellence to integrate operating model decisions into system rollouts and communications. **AI-Ready Knowledge Management:** Define content and structure standards for HR Knowledge Management systems (ServiceNow, Jira, Confluence, Workday) to support future AI agent-assisted workflows. Partner with Legal, HR Technology, and AI teams to implement AI capabilities—summarization, retrieval, automated routing, drafting—while preserving human judgment for critical decisions. This is a high-impact role where you will shape foundational infrastructure for a fast-growing global technology company, not simply manage existing processes. **Requirements:** - 8–10+ years of experience in HR Operations, People Operations, HR Service Delivery, or HR Transformation, ideally in high-growth global technology environments - Proven track record architecting, simplifying, and scaling global HR processes (Employee Relations, Performance, Separations, or HR Service Delivery) - Hands-on experience as a user with enterprise HR ecosystems (Workday, Jira Service Management, Confluence, or dedicated HR Case Management platforms) - Strong workflow mapping, root-cause analysis, and change management skills with demonstrated ability to influence senior HR and business stakeholders without direct authority - Familiarity with modern knowledge management practices and understanding of how automated tools and AI rely on structured process foundations - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate technical or legal HR requirements into clear, actionable guidance
