Salary: EUR 68,250 - 113,750 / annual

Hudl is seeking a Senior Manager, HR Operations to lead the HR Operations function across Europe, Asia, and LATAM. You will translate global HR strategy into scalable programs, policies, and service delivery standards while serving as a trusted advisor on complex governance and risk management across multiple international regions. Key Responsibilities: - Drive strategy and advisory: Shape the roadmap for international HR operations, aligning global policy with local needs while acting as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across the business. - Lead governance and compliance: Manage end-to-end compliance across employment contracts, the employee lifecycle, global mobility, benefits, payroll, and health and safety protocols across multiple countries. - Optimize processes: Leverage automation and AI to scale operational efficiency, manage vendor relationships, and execute key initiatives like policy overhauls or M&A integrations. - Develop team talent: Directly manage the HR Operations Manager and coach the broader regional team, setting service-level standards and using metrics to showcase operational impact. The role is hybrid, with time spent collaborating in-office as a regular part of work. Applicants should be within commuting distance of London or Barcelona, with expectation to work more days in-office than remote, with flexibility to coordinate your specific in-office schedule with your team. Requirements: - 10+ years of HR operations experience, including at least 5 years managing teams in a global environment - Deep working knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits, and compliance across multiple countries, with strong experience in European regions like the U.K., Spain, Italy, and the Netherlands - Proven experience leveraging AI tools to optimize operations and improve workflow efficiency - Ability to create scalable, automated processes across complex regulatory landscapes while balancing hands-on execution with long-term strategy - Strong partnership-building skills with Legal, Finance, and IT; comfortable managing vendor negotiations and influencing senior stakeholders Nice-to-Haves: - Conversational or fluent Spanish skills - SHRM-SCP, GPHR, or equivalent certifications - Master's degree in HR, Business, or a related field
