Quince is a manufacturer-to-consumer (M2C) fashion and accessories brand on a mission to deliver high-quality essentials at radically low prices, fairly and sustainably. The company operates across apparel, accessories, home goods, and more, serving tens of millions of customers globally. Quince is hiring multiple Senior Managers for Global Procurement across different product categories: Apparel, Women's Knits & Tops, Men's and Women's Sweaters, Men's and Women's Activewear, Loungewear/Swimwear/KBM, and Footwear.
Reporting to the Head of Procurement, you will own and drive cost structures and savings for your assigned category. This is a critical strategic role focused on delivering the highest quality products at radically low prices through transparent, competitive supplier relationships. You will leverage deep expertise in commodity costing, clean-sheet analysis, manufacturing excellence, and raw material availability to challenge major Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and create a win-win supply chain.
Key responsibilities include:
**Procurement Category Strategy:** Define and execute the commercial roadmap and vendor distribution strategy for your category to improve margins as Quince scales. Establish short- and long-term procurement targets aligned to business growth. Consistently deliver exceptional product cost without sacrificing quality or ESG considerations. Partner with the technology team to embed procurement capabilities into the Vendor Portal and Product Catalog tools. Identify and deliver 700 basis points of product cost reductions over the next 12 months.
**RFP Ownership & Execution:** Structure and run competitive, end-to-end bidding processes to secure optimal cost and commercial terms with manufacturing partners. Own the full lifecycle from vendor identification through award. Deliver immediate, best-in-class product cost savings through rigorous negotiation while institutionalizing repeatable negotiation frameworks for long-term competitive advantage. Build AI agents to systematically run RFPs in 2026 with scenario analysis capability.
**Clean Sheet & Buy Plan Approvals:** Create and utilize component-level clean sheets to drive pricing transparency. Review, approve, and optimize all buy events within your categories. For mature/scale categories, ensure scale costing with finished goods manufacturers and negotiate upstream for best pricing on inputs (fabrics, yarns, fibers, commodities, trims). Lead buy plan margin reviews to govern company margins. Partner with material sourcing teams to ensure transparent, competitive pricing from key suppliers. Negotiate reasonable launch costing and establish schedules to renegotiate for scale pricing as the business grows. Support merchandising by providing scale costing targets.
**Upstream Sourcing:** Partner directly with the Material Manager, Sourcing Teams, and Tier 1/Tier 2 vendors to align on and implement material benefits into finished goods costing. Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate upstream material availability into product design and development cycles, ensuring early-stage cost optimization.
**Value Creation:** Identify and execute opportunities to reshape the supply chain and extract new financial value beyond traditional sourcing boundaries, including verticalization and volume consolidation plays. Examples include becoming a market maker for premium materials like cashmere and silk, partnering with mills and manufacturers to build verticalized supply chains for critical materials (e.g., linen from French/Belgian farms), and managing commodity price fluctuations.
Quince's culture is built for builders by builders. The company questions conventional thinking, uses technology and data to uncover opportunities, and moves quickly to turn ideas into reality. Responsibility is not determined by role, tenure, or seniority—every team member has the opportunity to drive the business and shape the company's trajectory.

- Proven track record running competitive RFP processes with international manufacturing partners
- Hands-on experience building and leveraging clean sheets for cost negotiation
