CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to lead financial strategy and execution for a growing aerospace and defense technology company. The role manages comprehensive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis activities that directly support organizational objectives and financial performance.
Key responsibilities include leading annual and multi-year planning cycles, developing financial models, preparing management reporting packages, and conducting business analysis. You will provide financial insights and strategic recommendations that inform operational and capital allocation decisions across the organization.
This is a cross-functional leadership position requiring close collaboration with finance, accounting, operations, program management, and executive leadership. You will align financial plans with business priorities, evaluate departmental and program performance against targets, and support resource allocation decisions that strengthen financial execution.
