Zscaler is seeking a Senior Manager of Finance Transformation to lead the design, documentation, and scaling of Record to Report processes across the global Finance organization. Reporting to the Director of Finance Process Optimization & Transformation, you will drive standardization of end-to-end financial close processes across all geographies, divisions, and subsidiaries, establishing consistent frameworks and workflows.
You will lead enterprise-wide Finance transformation projects with clearly defined measurable outcomes, ensuring timely delivery and sustained stakeholder alignment. The role emphasizes leveraging Robotic Process Automation, Workflow Automation, and AI/ML capabilities to identify improvement opportunities and accelerate Record to Report cycles. You'll champion a culture of continuous improvement by proactively leading projects that automate, simplify, and enhance Finance processes end-to-end.
Key responsibilities include standardizing Record to Report processes globally, executing transformation initiatives with measurable results, harnessing automation and AI/ML technologies, driving continuous improvement, and institutionalizing Finance process knowledge through comprehensive documentation and training.
You should connect daily execution to the larger Finance transformation mission, operate with high integrity and bias for action, and excel at translating ambiguous challenges into structured process maps and control frameworks. You cultivate high-trust relationships across global matrixed teams using clear communication to align stakeholders and sustain momentum through complex changes. You are a continuous learner actively exploring emerging technologies like AI and analytics.
Required: 8+ years leading end-to-end Record to Report enterprise Finance process transformations with measurable improvements in close cycle times and operational efficiency. Deep expertise across global Finance functions with primary depth in Record to Report and working knowledge of Tax and Treasury. Hands-on familiarity with BlackLine or comparable financial close management platforms. Proven ability to lead data-driven, Lean-based process transformation using structured methodologies.
Preferred: Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, or Klarity for AI-driven process transformation. Track record scaling Record to Report processes in high-growth enterprise SaaS or technology companies.
