Crusoe is a vertically integrated AI infrastructure company building the energy-first platform to power the world's most ambitious AI workloads. The company owns and operates the full stack from electrons to tokens, addressing the critical bottleneck of power in AI compute. This Senior Manager role brings financial rigor and quantitative discipline to Crusoe's rapid market expansion. You will own demand planning, capacity forecasting, and financial modeling for the AI compute market—translating fast-moving market dynamics into clear, defensible views that inform executive and board-level capital allocation decisions. Key responsibilities include: sizing the total addressable market for AI compute by buyer type and consumption pattern; building and maintaining long-term forecasts for AI compute and power capacity demand based on market dynamics, product mix, signed contracts, and churn; recommending optimal deployment mix (Colo, full owned builds, Spark modular) across customer segments; developing pricing forecast models informed by demand volatility, ramp timing, and supply-chain constraints; building financial cases for build-ahead vs. build-to-order tradeoffs; and synthesizing market views into executive-ready materials for the CFO, Board, and leadership team. You will combine external market and competitive intelligence with internal deal-level data to create forecasts that track accuracy over time and explain variance drivers. The role requires comfort building credible market views with incomplete data and translating complex quantitative analysis into compelling narratives that drive senior decision-making. Required: 7+ years in demand planning, supply/capacity planning, or quantitative finance, ideally in cloud infrastructure, data centers, semiconductors, or capital-intensive, forecast-driven businesses. Strong financial modeling skills, knowledge of statistical forecasting techniques (time series, regression, scenario modeling), and a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Math, or related analytical field. Outstanding written and verbal communication with a track record of influencing senior leaders. Bonus: AI infrastructure domain expertise, SQL/BigQuery experience, or MBA/Masters in Analytics.
