Zscaler is seeking a Financial Representative for Expense Reimbursement to join the Accounts Payable team in Mohali, reporting to the Senior Manager of Accounts Payable. This hybrid role focuses on maintaining financial accuracy and operational compliance across global expense management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reconciling daily global credit card transactions with bank statements, merchant accounts, and internal records
- Auditing employee travel and expense submissions for policy adherence
- Managing monthly financial closing processes for US corporate operations
- Responding to transaction queries and investigating discrepancies
- Serving as liaison with internal teams, government entities, and external accountants
- Ensuring accuracy of financial statements and maintaining historical records
The ideal candidate brings a postgraduate degree in Finance with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in employee reimbursement or corporate credit card management. You should be comfortable with large ERP systems, GAAP principles, and accounting software used by US corporations. Experience with tools like Coupa, AppZen, or NetSuite is a plus. A foundational understanding of AI/ML technologies and their application to financial processes is expected. The role values problem-solving, operational urgency, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. Flexibility for rotational night-shift hours is preferred.
