Omaze is a fast-growing fundraising platform that combines charitable giving with prize incentives, having raised over £150 million for charities globally since launching in the UK in 2020. The company is expanding internationally and building a world-class team to scale its impact. You will lead strategic customer insights and research programmes that directly influence decisions across Marketing, Growth, Product, and Strategy. Working within the Data, Analytics & Insights team, you'll design and deliver both qualitative and quantitative research across multiple international markets, translating complex customer data into clear, actionable narratives that drive commercial decisions. Key responsibilities include: - Lead end-to-end research initiatives including customer segmentation, proposition development, concept testing, pricing research, brand tracking, and campaign evaluation across multiple markets. - Design and oversee robust quantitative studies using advanced methodologies such as conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, and segmentation analysis. - Partner with analysts to connect survey findings with behavioural and commercial data, ensuring methodological rigor and commercial relevance. - Act as a trusted insights partner to Marketing, Growth, Product, Strategy, and senior leadership, embedding customer understanding into strategic decisions. - Lead brand-tracking programmes and integrate customer insights into marketing-effectiveness measurement and marketing mix modelling. - Manage external research agencies and suppliers, writing clear briefs and managing budgets to ensure high-quality delivery. - Present findings confidently to senior stakeholders, translating complex evidence into compelling presentations that inspire action. - Champion the voice of the customer by synthesising multiple data sources—research, feedback, behavioural analytics, and commercial performance—into a coherent strategic view. You bring extensive experience in customer insights, market research, or commercial-insights roles, with deep expertise in both qualitative and quantitative research methods. You have a track record designing and delivering advanced quantitative studies and using techniques like conjoint analysis, MaxDiff, and brand tracking to solve complex business problems. You combine strategic thinking with strong commercial judgement, understand how customer insight drives business performance, and have substantial experience partnering with Brand and Marketing teams on communications, creative development, and brand strategy.
